A Walk in the Black Mountains

The humans took me out to Wales today. We climbed up a big mountain called Skirrid Fawr and I was even allowed of the lead! Woof!

I found a pool to have a swim and drink in. The humans kept saying it was dirty and stinky but I don't know what all the fuss was about! My master bought some dog shampoo and told me I needed a bath...Gulp!

A Long Long Walk!

The humans took me out to somewhere called Dundry for a big walk. Harry, the small human complained a lot at first but even he had to agree the views were good! There were lots of horses and cows to sniff and I even scared a field full of birds!!! Woof!!

Going to Group

This is me going to the Childminders group. I especially like playing with the train track although the humans didn't think I should try and bury the trains...Grrr...Spoilsports!

I like going out in the family services garden though. That's because I can see the chickens at the DGE! Not as fun to chase as pigeons though. I'm trying to dig under the fence so I can play with them, but shhh! Don't tell the human grown ups! Woof!

Visiting Inn's Court

On Friday I took a trip to Inn's Court to see their Nursery. There was a cat there that I chased away! I like their garden there, especially all the sand I can dig in. I didn't think much of the food though...

My First Walkies!

Today my Master went out for a boring meeting so I was just lying under his desk when someone woke me up and told me I had to go out for a walk! What a cheek!

Luckily it was Emma, who gives me treats, and we went out with one of the nice children. They didn't let me sniff the chickens next door...Grrrr...but I had a good time anyway!

Woof!

Hello!

My name is Jake and I have come to live in Bristol and work at Knowle West Children's Centre.

I am a two year old Cocker Spaniel and I was trained as a Hearing Dog for the deaf. I didn't finish my training though because I like chasing after pigeons too much. Grrrr...pesky pigeons!

I like being in the Children's Centre and I'm just settling in. Follow me to find out about my adventures!

Woof!
